Be Aware of Fatigue while Driving. Recognize the Characteristics!

Fatigue is one of the main factors that cause road accidents, especially when driving long distances.

Driving while tired can be very dangerous, as a driver's concentration and responsiveness can decrease over time.

For drivers, it is important to recognize the signs of fatigue to stay safe on the road. Here are some signs of fatigue to look out for:

Duration of Driving

Drivers often don't realize they have been driving for too long. It's best to take a break every 3 hours to prevent excessive fatigue.

Blurred Vision

If your vision starts to blur, the light is broken, or it looks foggy, it's a sign that you need a break. Take a break of at least 1 hour to recover.

Driving Pattern

Pay attention to the duration of your driving. It is recommended to take a break or stretch every two and a half hours to keep your body from getting too tense.

Pola Mengemudi

Perhatikan durasi mengemudi Anda. Disarankan untuk beristirahat atau melakukan peregangan setiap dua setengah jam agar tubuh tidak terlalu tegang.
