"When a shock dies or is damaged, then the damper nature of the shock is lost or weak so that the spring works on its own to handle the swing of the car. This will make the car swing more. When only one side is dead or weak, it will make the car tend to be pulled to one particular side which makes the alignment more difficult," said Adrian.

He also said that the use of a worn-out shock will also make the tire swing. Over time this will make the tires vibrate and make a sound. This will certainly affect the performance of the Accelera tires used in cars.

To solve this problem, the replacement of the shock absorber is the best solution. However, if you want more performance with more tunability, you can also use a coilover as a companion to the Accelera 651 Sport tires to increase its performance.

Ketika hanya satu sisi yang mati atau lemah, maka hal itu akan membuat mobil cenderung tertarik ke satu sisi tertentu yang membuat alignment menjadi lebih sulit,” ujar Adrian.

Ia juga menuturkan bahwa penggunaan shock mati yang mengayun juga akan membuat ban mengayun. Lama kelamaan hal ini akan membuat ban menjadi bergetar serta menimbulkan suara. Hal ini tentunya akan mempengaruhi performa dari ban Accelera yang digunakan pada mobil.

Untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini, penggantian shock absorber adalah solusi terbaik. Namun jika memiliki budget berlebih dan memang ini melakukan modifikasi untuk menambah performa mobil dan menambah pengaturan, bisa juga menggunakan coilover sebagai pendamping dari ban Accelera 651 Sport agar performanya semakin optimal.
