Warning lights in the car are placed with the purpose, which is to warn the driver if there is a problem with the car. Usually, the lights will disappear after the engine starts.

One such light is the ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) light. This light sometimes turns on for several reasons. 

However, there is no need to panic, because the braking system will still work, it's just that the performance of the ABS system will be disrupted so it needs to be careful, especially when braking heavily, especially if you remember that ABS is proven to be able to shorten the braking distance, especially when combined with Forceum Hexa-R tyres.

So when the warning light is on, there are several things that can be done:

1. Turn The Car On And Off

Sometimes, sensors and ECU experience problems that are out of sync and make the ABS system not work properly. Sometimes, turning the car on and off can be the solution. The ECU will perform a re-scan and may fix the problem.

2. Cleaning The Sensor

One of the sensors that ABS requires is the speed sensor that is on each wheel. Sometimes, these sensors are dirty so they can't work properly. By cleaning it, it can make the sensor performance return to normal and the ABS system might return to normal.

3. OBD Diagnosys

ABS has a wide variety of components, one of the easiest ways is to use an OBD diagnosis to ascertain which components are impaired, for example a specific pump module or sensor. After that, repairs can be made.

2. Membersihkan Sensor

Salah satu sensor yang diperlukan ABS adalah speed sensor yang berada pada setiap roda. Terkadang, sensor ini kotor sehingga tidak bisa bekerja dengan baik. Dengan membersihkannya, maka bisa saja membuat kinerja sensor kembali normal dan ABS pun kembali normal.

3. Diagnosa OBD

ABS memiliki beragam komponen, salah satu cara termudah adalah dengan menggunakan diagnosis OBD untuk memastikan komponen mana yang rusak, misalnya modul pompa atau sensor tertentu. Setelah itu, bisa dilakukan perbaikan.
